This course is a natural progression from the Zero to Hero Beginner Course, where you learned the basics of the Ashtanga practice. Now you are ready for the next step..
In this Ashtanga Progression Course, you will learn and explore the internal elements that make the foundation of the Ashtanga Yoga system. With 3 classes dedicated to each element, we will dive into the breath (Ujjayi), into the intelligent flow (Vinyasa Krama), core support (Bandhas), and mindfulness (Dristhi)..
These classes will help you find ease and poise amidst the challenges of yoga and can be applied to any practice. The course will give you a sense of how to turn your asana (physical postures) practice into a spiritual practice. Even though this course plays around the Ashtanga sequence it is accessible to all.

2Yoga of the Breath 1Vídeo Aula
In this class we begin to explore the dynamic aliveness of the breath starting with Whole Body Breathing, then following with Opening your Gills and Sun Salutations. We will then explore how the find and use the 3 lobes of the lungs to support various movement patterns for the arms rom the inside out.. Finally we ll follow with a few standing poses and cooling down sequence.. all centered in the movements of your breath.
