Hello folks and welcome to the CM Speedrunners Commissioner Course!
Many of you know me as Neg96 – with our latest version released, our Affiliation now supports over 750 titles! Furthermore, our team of business-oriented professional gamers (Commissioners) now have the opportunity to grow and level up with their gaming career.
This course was designed to help new Commissioners learn about our Affiliation’s sales network. The core areas include topics to do with:
• An Introduction to CM Speedrunners and what we do.
• Our Mission Statement.
• An in-depth breakdown and review of our policies
• Our Business Model and how it can serve you.
• A startup guide (with examples) of how you can start your sales funnel within our team.
• Key topics of marketing and the different ways you can do it.
• Sales Strategy – shown examples of sales proposals and proper means of building value.
This course is essentially a full stack learning regimen to all necessary areas included with the Commissioner program.
This course was made by myself through my many years of being a sales person, marketer and gaming specialist within the CM Speedrunners Affiliation. Through the power of support within our team and network, we can become successful gamers and influencers.
This course will include instructional and educational videos that follows along the lesson plan and will also include multiple choice assessments for the purpose of memory retention. New applicants will be required to pass the final assessment with a score of at least 75% to be considered for the Commissioner Program.

Welcome to the first part of Section 2: Sales Dynamics!
In this lecture we will be covering an overview of all the Learning Objectives that will be taught in Sales Dynamics.
This lecture will also be covering the very first part of Sales Dynamics otherwise known as "The Sourcing Basis".
This will cover the essentials how how to navigate and accumulate your own opportunities, leads and lists of names to do within our target audience. The Sourcing Basis is a core area within being a Commissioner within the CM Speedrunners Network.
Bear in mind that "The Sourcing Basis" is split into two parts. The first part covers navigational procedures for the resources we use on select platforms while the second part covers how to properly set up your own accounts so you can automate your constituent list.

Welcome to the second part of Section 2: Sales Dynamics!
In this lecture we will be focusing on 2 core essentials having to do with initiating your first points of contact with the gamers you reach out to. These focuses will entail establishment of credibility with the accounts you're using as well as the proper ways to structure your initial dialogue with the new potential client you may be reaching out to.
This part of the lecture is one of the most important, if not the most important process in your pitch process because these are your very first points of contact with the player you are reaching out to. A proper rundown will then carry over into a "Discord conversion" which will also be an area mentioned in this lecture.
This lecture also covers the "Three Precedence Values" as to how to establish value in these early points of initiation.
