47Restorative Yoga Class Sequence: Dreamful Sleep SanctuaryVídeo Aula
This restorative class sequence is to assist with deep sleep. The last pose in the sequence is Savasana. Feel free to get into bed for the last pose and make yourself comfortable. The class will finish with a black screen and will fade out after five minutes so that you can drift off into sleep. So as not to disturb your sleep I will not bring you back out of Savasana with any dialogue. If you are taking this class in the day and need to wake up afterwards you can set a gentle alarm to wake you. If you would prefer to practice with (No Music) please use the next video.
Important Auto-play Information:
Udemy's course player has an auto-play feature so that the next lecture will play automatically for you. Auto-play is enabled as the default setting. If you would like quiet after practicing the restorative yoga sequence and would not like the next videos to auto-play (and wake you up!) please click the Settings (gear) icon on the video. Then, toggle the button next to Auto-Play to turn the feature off.
